Mary wants to be able to enjoy her last days

Mary Klein, a retired journalist and artist, lives with her wife of 37 years, Stella Dawson, and their dog in Washington, D.C.. Klein has advanced ovarian cancer and supports the bill which legalised medical aid in dying in Washington DC. Mary and Stella have just featured in a short video (4.24 mins) to encourage politicians to uphold The D.C. Death with Dignity Act.
